Refund Policy

Returns of unwanted items must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Authorised returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of authorisation. 

Contact [email protected] with subject "return" for information on what to do if your item is faulty outside of the 30 day return period.

Returns of faulty items must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Authorised returns for faulty items are eligible for free return postage and must be sent back to us within 14 days of authorisation.

Any items that arrive damaged, incomplete, or with missing components must be reported before sending back to us. We strongly advise the inspection and testing of all items upon delivery to identify any potential issues, even if it is not intended for immediate use.

All items must be packaged securely for return shipping. Damage caused in transit as a result of inadequate packacking may result in your return being rejected or a reduced refund being issued. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if not faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the item you are returning is not faulty and has been opened, used, damaged, or is missing parts or packaging it will be subject to a reduced refund (minimum 10% deduction). This includes sealed boxes, or sealed accessories and manual/software included in boxes.

Non-faulty items that are returned in an unopened and unused condition will receive a full refund.

We are unable to accept returns of consumables that have been opened; this includes batteries, memory cards, filters, paper and film.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
